I hadn't pay attention to the pop music world since mid-00s. Maybe I was still in shock from the change of music. And I realised that there are "no more 90s". (Yeah I'm old, lol)
Late 2008, I joined a pub quiz. One of the questions are "What is the name of the artist who sings the No.1 (UK) hit this week? Hint: The song title is Just Dance.". Few of my friends gave the answer instantly. The name is Lady Gaga. Hmmm... I like that stage name. It's fierce and hilarious at the same time. So, when I got home, I googled her name and I found Just Dance video, and... it hooked quite well. And then I forgot about her after a few weeks. I heard about her again when Poker Face appear in iTunes Top 10 in UK. I clicked at the title to play a 30-sec snippet and it haunted me. It was creepy, but very catchy. And Then the video. Oh my... And then the live. Wow! She can sing. And then the headlines about her clothes. Wow! Awesome!
But the day that I started totally stanning for her was the day I searched for her video on Youtube just to find if I miss anything from her. And then the piano version of Poker Face came up. I clicked play button and it changed my world.

One day at school my friend asked me if i heard Just Dance by Lady Gaga and i was like "Who the hell is Lady Gaga?" (). Then i heard Pokerface and i loved it, then just dance, then paparazzi (loved the video). Then i remember hearing the leaked demos of TFM a long time after and loving the songs. me and my friend (the same one that asked me about just dance in the first place) kept singing the songs at school. then after TFM released i started following her more and i remember watching the bad romance video for the first time. i thought it was the best video i had ever seen. from there my love for her continuously grew. seriously it might sound a bit weird but i never thought i would like an artist as much as i like gaga right now. its so weird
