I don't think it's late. Judas was a mistake (and releasing Hair as a promo single was a mistake), but TEOG has a lot of potential, and with upcoming promo, I doubt it has peaked.
It's what happens after TEOG that concerns me. I hope they ride it out. I think one of the many problems with the Judas released (aside from the song itself) is that it was released waaaaay too early when BTW still had plenty of power. A new single for her shouldn't have been released until maybe 2 weeks ago.
