As for the BB Awards, in the commercial they say "a special appearance by Beyoncé that will leave America talking". IDK, but it kind of hints at a performance, at least IMO.
I'm sure she's performing at the Billboard Awards. Her dancers have all tweeted about going to Vegas this weekend and if I'm not mistaken this is the performance where she's supposed to have the 90 dancers.
