I guess they didn't put it out as 2nd single maybe because:
1) this song is not that radio friendly (but i doubt it cause judas obviously more)
2) there are so many female empowerment songs out there ... (OG, RTW, etc)

I don't know how the whole metacritic thing works, but if they translated this review to numbers it's definitely AT THE LEAST a 75. It mostly have very positive things to say about Gaga and the album
