Oh God I want to hear this album so bad but I promised myself and my friend that I would wait until May 23, at least based on your reviews now I know that the album is going to be beyond excellent.
Again, the singles are easily the weakest songs on the record.
Bloody Mary, Government Hooker, Heavy Metal Lovers, & Electric Chapel are masterpieces. The rest of the album is great. The only song I don't like is Hair, even though I find certain parts of it cute. I don't really care for Americano either.
Overall this is very cohesive record. I can't wait for the deluxe edition.
Besides Hair and MTN, I'm now spinning Bloody Marry more than any other track from the record. I love that despite the permeating darkness, the chrous somehow manages to stand out as "bubbly" ..... Reminds me of Paparzzi for some reason. This would smash if released as a single.
