The lyrics are a little cheesy for my taste, but i'm in love with the chorus, it's super melodic. And i sincerely respect the fact that she went for an unconventional and therefore risky sound. Had she been a slave to her success she would not have been able to maintain such a level of authenticity, and would have opted to release something safe. This is my ****.

I am pretty sure that Starstruck is more generic than Monster, especially with the addition of Flo Rida. Still, I adore both songs.

The chorus is probably the most generic thing about the song. The intro is not, and you all will deal with your lessons.
