I dont think 106 is the premiere place but if it is so what, let Bey do her thing. It will still premiere on VEVO so it doesnt matter, im hoping its The Billboard Music Awards or American Idol though, but I think Bey is doing everything in her power to stay far away from American Idol and using it to get a hit like EVERYONE is doing at the moment.

VEVO said they didn't even get it yet, which makes me think it's being sent elsewhere.
