It's still holding up pretty well everywhere else, remaining in the top 100, and to be honest, I expected it to drop faster internationally than in the U.S.

It will for sure recover, I was looking through youtube and the official audio of RTW has only 387,599 views, it's still very unknown. Once it is premiered on TV that will all change, especially if it's Oprah or AI, you're talking about 50 million viewers!
The single hasn't officially been promoted, there hasn't been a word uttered about it! Hell, we have no clue when the actual album will be out, only speculation! All we've got so far is that the album will be out "Later This Summer!"
It isn't that the song hasn't 'caught', no one knows what is going on!
Even if the song was absolutely hated it would still have MORE than 387,599 views on Youtube! Those views are consistent with the amount sold on itunes. Hypothetically speaking, she sold 50% of the listeners on Youtube and I'm sure several have viewed more than once *such as myself*
