I'm talking about production wise. Lyrically, she has been very diverse, but her singles are typically dance-pop. I would actually like her to move away from that and release a ballad or something that doesn't rely on dance-pop beats.
I was referring to the production. I don't necessarily see a need for her to move out of her entire genre. Most artists never do it, and Gaga already does in the form of live performances. The production in Born This Way is RADICALLY different from all of her songs. I mean hugely different. I still think that played a large pin in scaring people away from it, because it really is an incredible song.
