If you're worried about what's taking promo and the video so long, well that's likely because Run the World was released earlier than planned due to the leak. Bey couldn't very well reschedule all the TV shows/performances which were most likely planned significantly in advance.

This is exactly what I find not professional from her new management company. We are in 2011. Leaks are recurrent. GaGa had the same problem but his manager handled the problem very well.
She could have organized radio interviews at least. And the fact that they are announcing festivals instead of tv show is my other point. I want my favorite female artist to be on TV not on a effing pointless rockfestival.
And to be honest some Bey Stan are really fake. If they were really requesting her songs and buying them she wouldn't be outside of the top 100
