I really, really love Selena, but I am very concerned that she is not doing some of the things needed to maximize chart performance for her singles. I really do not understand why "Who Says" continues to underperform on the Billboard Hot 100. I really expected this song to be a mainstay in the Top 10, and perhaps challenge E.T. for the #1 spot. Instead, it just continues to bounce around in the 20s and 30s.
Selena should do a performance on American Idol, Dancing With the Stars, or some other TV show.
