Well naturally & inevitably chances are better than last week, since she's gained +1364 since.

Chances get better as any song continues to increase. But in overall sense, IMO, the chances are not great.. with "E.T." still gaining with over 14.6k spins (and I doubt it'll be falling fast following it's peak - whenever that comes), and while BEP has slowed it might pick back up. Though, I'm hopeful it has peaked b/c that'll brighten the chances.

And Adele is 3.3k+ spins away, not worried about her at all, right now. My concern is how far radio will play Britney. "HIAM" was already a new spin peak, and seemingly "TTWE" will pass it in a couple days. If the song looks like it's going to go for 13,000-14,000, then yeah it'll go #1. But if begins peaking before Katy decreases faster, then Adele will become a problem & the #1 is out.

#1 is out of the Question. I would say we are looking at a #3 peak honestly. She'll take over Blow this week and will eventually pass S&M which is falling. I don't see her passing BEP though and I don't think Katy will fall fast enough for Britney to get the #2 spot.

agreed with Rico. ADELE is not a problem AT ALL. she's 3.3K+ spins behind Britney and they're gaining around the same amount of spins daily, so she's not a problem right now.

BEP slowed down, so that's good, and Rihanna and Ke$ha peaked, so we'll be #3 in a couple of weeks. I don't think the song will go 13K spins though. BUT, Britney is over 10K spins and she's the highest bullet behind ADELE, so that's a pretty good sign the song WILL keep gaining.

My prediction right now: in the next couple of weeks we'll pass Ke$ha and Rihanna and have a new peak at #3. TTWE will continue to have decent spins.Then our only competition will be BEP which MIGHT gain massive spins again and E.T. which will have already peaked but it will die S L O W. that's my concern. #3 peak on lock, but depending how many spins BEP gain on Britney and E.T.'s pace when falling. If Britney reaches 12K I see #2 VERY possible, and how things are going she'll reach 12K in a couple of weeks.

it will be though, it's currently #6 in Airplay with 81M, HIAM's peak was 88.5, and will def be #3 in POP, and this week it'll be platinum, so in the end it will sell more than HIAM.

so yea, in the end it will be more successful than HIAM. more sales, more airplay, same peak in Radio Songs and in POP songs (maybe even higher). The only thing missing is the #1 in the Hot 100
