The Voice is all about bringing out the best out of the artist. Sia wrote songs with Xtina and brought out the real artist in her to write such beautiful songs as I Am, You Lost Me, and All I Need. Linda is a good songwriter but she never really brought out the true artist out of Xtina to write anything moving. Sorry for my bad english

Being a good mentor isn't about being really famous. They're trying to make the contestant into a big superstar and Sia might be able to help a lot.

Christina is a big enough star herself, so she doesn't need some support from other famous people like Blake Shelton or Cee-Lo need.
Sia is humble. She's a great musician and she is capable of teaching the contestants things, they won't learn from some random A-list singer.
