Loud's (the album we're discussing) on its 23rd week, and has outsold both Beyonce & Lil Wayne (comparison you brought up).
It would actually be you just choosing the earlier week's where Wayne sold strictly based on what it was selling in the US.
But to give a brighter idea:
4th week -- 1,794,000 / 1,227,000
8th week -- 2,251,000 / 2,527,000
12th week -- 2,531,000 / 3,002,000
13th week -- 2,585,000 / 3,126,000
That first month of course due to Wayne's 99.99% US impact.
