Someone posted a week-by-week sales breakdown of Loud vs IA...SF a little while ago, & Loud consistently sold more on a weekly basis than IA...SF. To say Loud is stalling is a lie, it is still selling consistently with sales decreasing normally like most albums do. Again, putting IA...SF on a level about Loud's sales is LIE.
