It's sold about 440,000 in the US but it's still selling so overtime it should reach 800-850k which is fine for a Platinum cert.
It's weird though, especially when you think about 'Blackout' not being certified with 950k+ sales and 'In The Zone' only 2X Platinum when it's sold far over 2.9 million by now.

Yeah. Blackout has sold about 990k last time I checked. ITZ has also actually sold about 3.5m copies in the US including sales from other outlets so its certainly shipped 3m if not 4m.

Yeah, ITZ has actually sold far more than 3 million, but since the Soundscan sales are 2.9+ million, I didn't mention those other 400-500k extra copies, cause they actually don't count when it comes to certifications.

JIVE never certifies albums for what they didn't sell (why Blackout, In The Zone, Britney are under-certified?)
