She did 8 dates last time. I'm sure she can manage at least 4 this time around. The general public in the UK has forgotten about Britney - but the core fan base is still there, and they would buy her tours' tickets in a minute.
Look at Madonna as of the 00's. Her singles and albums flop left & right, but her tours are the most successful of all time. Britney has established herself the same way - there will always be fans killing each other for tickets, no matter how much she underperforms.
