Have any artists ever done that before? It's standard procedure for album to released on the first day of that chart week in each country, so I doubt it. Isn't the album being released in the US on the Tuesday?

BTW is going to be released on a Monday, and if I recall correctly, TFM was also released on a Monday as well.
But everyone else usually releases singles/albums on Tuesdays here.

Also Gaga hasn't been releasing things on the typical days anyway.. (Born This Way was on a Friday, so was Judas) and Born This Way the album is coming out on a Monday.... I think releasing the same day worldwide is smarter.
