I think the "internet public" is more than 20% of the iTunes buying market. All the radio listeners have heard it. Everyone has a Facebook these days, and if you "like" Gaga, you've seen it posted on your wall then. Now, not everyone has twitter, I'll agree to that. But everyone has Facebook. Not everyone spends their lives on facebook to catch a message from Gaga. people just log in a couple of times in a day to check their inbox. People on the internet are not the main buyers - that's why only songs with massive airplay can be in the itunes top 10
