Youtube doesnt refresh as you said, so its better to get view counts up using Vevo, so here is a link I use. Mute and forget about it, if you can open 10 tabs(1 at least).
yes but views from Youtube don't count because they can come from any part of the world and Billboard is U.S. only
I was talking about that youtuberepeat site, it doesn't refresh the counter, so all the repeats will count as one
