I think it's probably because of the Diplo sample. It doesn't have to just fit neatly in one single genre.

I'm 95% sure that HIAM got over 9k votes in 5 hours of its release. And remember, HIAM fell off the chart fast so most of the rating came in during the first 2 weeks....

The difference is, I'm sure most of the votes come from Britney stans voting on their own faves stuff, hence the 5 stars in the ten-thousands. That makes sense. Versus stans of others voting Beyonce's stuff down. It doesn't make any sense to go out of one's way like that.
