The reason it's climbing slowly/stalled in most itunes markets is because its freaking 3am-6am in Europe...when the Danes, Fins, Frenchies, Germans, Austrians, Belgians, Greeks, Italians, Irish, British et al wake up Bey gonna take some more wigs.

#2 peaks already in Portugal and Spain, #4 in the Netherlands, #5 in Mexico, #6 in Greece, #7 in Sweden, #9 US and UK, #10 France.

And that's without a video, without a live performance and with virtually no promo.
