I'm from Belgium. I don't know if a DJ really has the final version, I really doubt that. But I do know that almost every radio station here in Belgium has been playing 'Who Run The World' all day long. I've also heard it in like 4 different stores.
They played a snippet on TV and they talked about the fact that it leaked and all. But every single time it played on the radio or the TV they made it very clear that this was just a DEMO , and NOT the official song. They also stated that nor Beyoncé , nor her team had made any official statements yet. So ...
But I think that B. really needs to bring her ass back to the states and deal with this mess , 'cause her label sure ain't doin' it !
