I'm really surprised that Green Boy is getting away with being an outright troll. Yesterday, I saw a thread where a mod was handing out warning points like candy.

There is a high amount of interest in both her music and her celebrity (meaning tabloids, paparazzi, etc.). I don't think she planned out the "themes" of the album while she was writing it herself, the ideas just came to her and she acted on them. The song is a great metaphor for betrayal, I hardly find it sacreligious.
