Noooooooooo. It's not even a Beyonce vs. GaGa/Britney thing. Record labels are releasing songs to iTunes the SAME day as radio to prevent leaks. Releasing a song to build airplay and downloads for major artists simply isn't whats done anymore.
Beyonce could carry a song to #1 on iTunes through her name alone, she doesn't meet to build airplay for the week. If HIAM and BTW can do it -- she can do it with this too. Especially if she has the payola package Interscope signed for.
