If it isn't a hoax she needs to pretend it was and change it. That cover will put mainstream pop fans who don't really stan for Gaga off of buying the album.

You seriously underestimate how shallow and petty the vast majority of 16-25s can be.

I have already seen my friends on facebook complaining that Gaga has gotton too weird and they won't be buying the album. That she has gone all 'emo' which they clearly don't know the meaning of.

There's really no going back now. If they change it they are opening a door that cannot be closed.

Maybe they will have an alternate cover, although as they were discussing in the Gagavision episode "[the deluxe] should be the same image..."
