Is EXACTLY the same cadence as the German chant/rap bit in the beginning of Scheiße? Plus the "I - I - I" part from Scheiße was taken from Judas... What if the Scheiße (Remix) is literally just a bunch of **** from Born This Way, all mixed together?
Rolling Stone gave a short review of Scheiße so it is its own track, though its possible she used parts of Judas for the Remix.
