Starting with the fact that if the "reporting" wasn't going unnoticed, then they would be taking action. Jive Label Group had no problem asking me to remove Chris Brown's link less than 24 hours after I posted them. I got an email yesterday asking me to remove Mya's album form my blog. People think that labels visit blogs, track the IPs and strike up a lawsuit immediately but for the most part labels spend their time searching through hosting sites for anything with their copyrighted material. Tumblr and Twitter also have given labels the options to report posts that feature their content to have them removed.

If a label wanted to do something, they would have no problem shutting **** down... I've seen it happen to countless Britney Sites that host media on their own servers (Britney Slaves, Oh! Britney, Toxic Temptations)...

Ask any blogger from That Grape Juice to Rap-up... no one is bothered by the idle threat of a link being reported.

The LQ phone recording has yet to leak & it's been a couple of days. The leakers have the HQ snippets. It's from when Bey played songs to some label heads.
