I think we can get rid of the ? in the title of this thread! It's basically been confirmed by Britney and Rihanna via Twitter at this point. It's definitely going to be out this week. Can't wait to hear it!
For a song that's not even available on Femme Fatale, how is this suppose to help the album? If anything this helps "Loud" and "S&M" more than it does Femme Fatale and TTWE. Regardless, the song will be hot I am sure of it since the original is amazing as is.
I completely understand that, but I was speaking in terms of the song being a success, most likely interest will increase for Femme Fatale.
I'd rather they do a new song together, it would be more exciting since we've had S&M for so long. But it will smash anyway and help both their albums tremendously
finally a monster who is honest. The importance of the collaboration is more about making people talk about the artists and general recognition than #1s or sales.
Rihanna using Britney's devoted fanbase to get a one-week digital boost potentially big enough to land S&M @ #1 and Britney using Rihanna to regain some relevance. Great idea!
