I think it will flop seeing people who don't find themselves attractive don't want others to think they are insecure or people that think they are hot don't want people to think they are full of themselves .

No, you don't rate others' looks, you rate your own looks like in Rate Your Day. But as LBOE said, it might not be very accurate, as people tend to underestimate their looks.
