Honestly, i don't understand what made people think Push will outperfrom Smile ??? Let's think about it. How many of you like the song on the first few listen ??
I decided to give Push a chance only because Avril said that it was the second single/her fav song on this record and i thought it was a weak single. Then i tried to prove that myself was wrong buy listen to it like a dozen times more. Otherwise, i wouldn't mind listening to it twice

Despite she performed Push in some shows in US and UK. It still sold less than Smile in the release week of GL. And even sold less than Goodbye in US and Japan.
I'm still supporting her if she releases Push as the second single and to be fair, Push is pretty much the best song to present the album. But if the general public don't want to hear it, they still don't buy the album. I'm not an expert or anything but i can see releasing Push is way too dangerous for Avril
Should've stuck to being in her band.
