Yeah, I kinda stated that in my post. But for the most part, most of the stuff you hear on Urban radio you would hear on a Rhythmic station. There's not a big distinction between two like say Urban and Urban AC or Rhythmic and Pop. You know the differences with those formats right off the bat.

Those comparisons may be more obvious but I still think Urban and Rhythmic is pretty clear as well, especially if you look back at how Rhythmic, Urban & Pop looked in 2004.

Perhaps, and Hip Hop and Contemporary R&B dominated all those formats in 2004. I remember bringing that up in my thread not too long ago.

Where Im from there's no such thing as Rhythmic radio. The Rhythmic station here in new York is suppose to be Hot 97 but all they play is Hip Hop.

Where I live, we don't have a Rhythmic station (not that I know of). Our closest thing to a Rhythmic station was 104.5 and that is no longer available. I think that was classified as Urban at one point, too. B97, which is a big pop/top 40 station here, was borderline Rhythmic. Q93 is our big urban station. But yea, we don't have a Rhythmic station. I think the closest one is up north somewhere.
