The irony is Nicki's raps are WAY more multi-layered than Kim's. She comes at you from all angles. If anything Kim's jabs on BF were elementary because of how basic and unimaginative they were.

This is all just fun & games to Nicki as you can hear by her cackling on the track. Kim is the only one with a real reason to be upset since her career is in the gutter.

the older generations grew up with Raggedy Anne so yes they can relate and even more so than those "elementary school fans". Plus how much more direct can she be with that PayPal line? I think (correct me if im wrong) she's narrowed it down enough with that one line The rest is metaphoric comedy.
