This is for sure Katy's best video. California Gurls I would say is her second. But I believe this is far better than BTW because most people I know do not understand the BTW video. E.T. gets to the point with no confusion and most people are not going to put forth the effort to figure out what Gaga is talking about in the video. People like what they can understand easily and like it when its something nice to look at. E.T. has both and so it will come out on top.
