No, no, no. Katy did not copy Gaga at all. The idea for the "E.T." video was conceived before the "Born This Way" video premiered, and aside from that, what did you expect? It wouldn't make any damn sense for the "E.T." video to have lollipops and candy everywhere, with whip cream exploding from her breasts.

I'm sure Madonna & Bowie had their influences, though that may not have been as obvious. There is always influence, the question is how original your ideas are after you take in the influence.
