Yeah, that's probably a steep estimation for her physical sales. Then again, didn't her remix album open to nearly 40k? So I guess it helps if they made a big push for it.
"S&M" is slowly losing its chances for #1. Once the "E.T." video is released, the sales will explode once again for it, and its already headed for #1 this week. I really don't think "S&M" is going #1 anymore, but there is still a glimmer of hope if she performs it before the video of "E.T." is released or after.

Sales will not "explode" when the video is released , when a single has already sold a good amount before the video. BTW and HIAM are good examples. If anything, sales will stabilize.

She did promo it very well. It was advertised every week precededing the release in Amazon emails and also was in the Best Buy and Target ads this week.
