They filmed the entire music video in Japan. It has to do with the video becuase it expresses the love for Japan with the song, and if they have that much love for Japan, they cant go without mentioning the earthquake! The Black Eyed Peas are HUGE philanthropists, so I would expect that.
Its like filming a music video in the car Chris beat Rihanna in the whole time, leaving the blood and everything, and then not saying anything about helping domestic violence. It would be weird.  |

I mean, its not like u dont have to mention it. But DO NOT make it the excuse fr people to watch it.
Even putting it at the end of the video would have been acceptable for me.
