I think Rebecca Black is just a stage name and it's supposed to clue us in to the fact that Curlz is the Illuminati puppetmaster working behind the scenes to be the driving force behind this video.
It's very significant that Curlz knows EXACTLY which seat to take and shows no indecisiveness, whereas Rebecca is paralyzed by the existential crisis she finds herself in when her friends pull up to the bus stop.
