Beyonce promoted the **** out of IA...SF, but once the hype faded after the undeserved ~ALBUM OF THE YEAR~ nomination, I had to stare at my CD like "why do I own this?". Everything about that CD is so calculated and it ends up being boring. The CD is supposed to let us know the #real Beyonce AND Sasha, but it just feels like Beyonce's voice thrown over various beats ranging from pop to r&b to country to opera to gospel to electronic all in an effort to widen her audience. She better come hard with this next CD because the talent, revealing outfits and good weaves can only make up for her musical shortcomings for so long.

I kind of agree, actually. I think that the album was really, really good (just not cohesive altogether; each individual song was great, though), but the image, performances, videos, promotion - too calculated for an album like that. It annoyed me. I didn't feel like anything coming out of her mouth was real
The second was the only good one.
