they should wait till the song has at least 1 week in airplay so it has a bigger chance of debuting at #1.

Britney always sells the majority of her sales the first day of release. This could work. And if it doesn't who cares.


Hold It Against Me debuted at #11 in Finland with 1 day of sales. The next week it was #1.

Gaga sold 400k, considering the release of born this way was much better planned marketing wise and everything else-wise than HIAM, which must have done like 250k on it's first 3 days (considering it did 155k on the first day), it can do great as well (not spectacular like BTW did, since it had much more hype and all), but it won't give Britney a #1 debuts record
