Her diction is sort of out there. Like when she's singing "HOOOOKAAAA"
But don't forget this is not the studio version. There could also be plenty of beats we can't even hear. Like when born this way is played with headphones on your can hear the german techno influences etc. Her songs are a blend of many different time periods, music genres, and inspirations. And yes, there will usually be a sort of generic side to her music because they are all pop pieces of music. And pop is as generic as it gets.
