It's a Billboard poll. In which Britney and Gaga stans spammed the link on Twitter and every other fan site (except GagaDaily didn't even post the poll, but BreatheHeavy did
). There's no value determined here - it was an extension of a stan war.
Funny how the first poll is dismissed by Britney stans though
