Gurl sit down. I can go find you multiple songs with that whistle effect which is the only thing vaguely similar to POM. And the beginning Hung Up feel last for about 2 seconds.....people are reaching.
I don't think it sounds like dinosaur, firstly because that songs **** and secondly because the beat is different , the only similarty is the whistles.
I don't think I I I Wanna Go O O sounds like the beat a lot though. And even if, it's not the exact same, so no ripping off anyone.

I love how Ke$ha was the first artist in history to use chopped up vocal and a whistle effect (even though Britney did that 2 years before K$ came on the scene), someone give that woman an award she is such an innovator.
