Well the way I see it with the S&M thing, she doesn't have the best vocals for that song.

You say it doesn't matter but if any act goes and sings a song badly (especially one like Rihanna who has many doubters wrt her vocal ability) then no one is gonna wanna go to their shows. And that, essentially, is her main push at the moment. :banana3:

She's only performed S&M once, though. The first time she performed OG it was terrible too. Idk why she didn't do S&M, but I don't think it's bc they didn't want her screwing up the performance. It was clear all the songs she did were her fun, uptempo, popular songs...but idk.

This was miles better than the Brit awards. She finally didn't do that voice for the OG part "it's gon' be me and you toni[weird voice]gghhhtt"...idk why the hell she does that...but she finally didn't. The only part I didn't love was the WMN bridge but the rest I thought was fine. She looked so happy when she was performing...esp when Drake came on stage...

OMFGG YASS! I can't believe you noticed that too, yess I hate how she does that with her voice, she kept it clean and very flirty. BRIT Performance was good, but it was all over the place vocally. Here she seemed in control of her voice and she did a great job!

Yes, I hate when she does that. She does it with LTWYL too, but recently for it it didn't sound as bad as when she did it on the VMAs. I totally agree. I'm downloading it now to put it on my ipod. It's a shame she didn't do S&M and I hope that we get some more promo dates since this was pretty much the last one we had, right?
