My analysis of the video: Birth Of a New Britney
I believe the overall concept of the video is a nod to the greatness of Britney's past works, & the acknowledgment that she has now moved on from that image.
This explains why her videos are playing in the background, why she trashed the monitors, jizzed paint all over the "perfect" dress & fought with her past self. She is no longer striving to be the perfect barbie doll pin-up & is showing her complete resentment of the idea. The fight scene could also symbolize Brit rebelling against her persona in the media & who is made out to be.
The eyeless ninja midgets are being controlled by her, as her minions, asserting that she is no puppet & she is in the fact the one in control of her career. The paint also represents this, as she is "leaving her mark" on all her past works.
The mic scene is her speaking out to the world & telling it like it is.
