If an artist wins ALBUM OF THE YEAR, is it really true that EVERY artist featured on it ALSO takes home a Grammy for it? I.E Eminem wins that tonight, Rih takes home a Grammy too because she was on one of the songs?

No, because she didnt contribute to the writing of Love the Way You Lie.
If she did, then yes.
Beyonce will win if Lady Gaga wins for The Fame Monster.

I hope not and I don't think so, because it's the actual artist's album, the one who recorded it. I think it's just the winning artist(s) that get the Grammy. But if she wins Best Collab or something, then she gets it.
