you can't directly pay a station becuz that's illegal but you can shower them with tickets, interns calling the stations for the label begging them to add the song for so and so reason, and do things like play this song and when we come to your area you will get an interview.

Their not paying them, but her lable and the stations have an agreement were the radio stations have to play the song at the top of every hour.
