Nobody can be truly original, we all have to draw inspiration from somewhere and GaGa is no different. Madonna's music had an impact on her like it did so many people, hence the similarities. We also have to remember that Madonna's catalogue is incredibly diverse, GaGa is not the first person to release a song that may sound Madonna-esque.

When you're all sucking BTW's dick a year from now, I would like to say I loved it from the minute I heard it. It's certainly different, and no it does NOT sound recycled. Name one song released in the last 5 years that sounds like this.

They did, but those songs were a blatant rip-off of one another. They came from the same uninspired producer, this songs stand on its own for the most part. There's a few songs it reminds me of, but only in small parts.
