"Touch My Body" "My Life Would Suck Without You" and "Today Was A Fairytale" all had mediocre overall sales. If Britney doesn't pick up when the video is released she's going to follow the trend.

My honest belief is that Britney just wont be very successful this era. What I think I've realized is, the reason for huge first week single/album sales is because she has one of the longest/most loyal stan bases, and they always buy her music. That explains why Circus & Womanizer both shot up to #1, but had bad longevity, and why 3rd and 4th singles are never that successful, and why she always has BIG first week album sales, but that first week always accounts for at least 1/3 or more of the total album sales. I dont really know how she'll fix that, because I personally, wouldnt buy her music if she performed on an award ceremony and lip-synced and kinda danced, but not as much as she used to. Thats what shes been doing for the past few years, so I dont know how she can fix that. She has to step it up this era if she wants to be noticed, and let this era last for more than a few months.
