I can't believe people still take Jordan seriously. Dude's been so epically wrong more times than I can count and deliberately misleads. Like I can't even....on top of that, he showed his hand during the worst time in Britney's life. His stan card should be revoked.
Based on CLUES, the original plan looked like the video was going to premier on Grammy night.
On Feb.1, someone who worked closely with Jonas on the HIAM video said that the HIAM video was going to debut on Grammy night.
However, the latest countdown/release date says otherwise....and obviously things can change very fast in those 3 days.
It really made no sense for me to release the video on Grammy night if she's not performing, it wouldn't have the FULL attention it deserves considering how big the awards still are. I obviously would want it earlier, but it's better days after the Grammy than the same day.

I think HIAM is a Britney v. Britney video instead of Britney v. the Media like everyone is saying it is.

Yeah exactly. The exposure would be off the charts but HIAM deserves to control a front page by itself instead of having to share the front page with Grammy links/information/recaps/etc....
Releasing HIAM on a day when nothing is happening is for the best.
And knowing Jive, I wouldn't be surprised if they postponed the premiere to late February/early March.
And they will probably decide to re-edit the whole video if the final version leaks.
I wouldn't worry about that. Last time a video 'leaked' and they said it wasn't official because of so-called "new scenes", the only different stuff we got was a bad photoshop job.

People bitch and complain about HIAM falling on the charts or her team taking to long to give us information.
Well now we see why!! Everytime something positive is about to happen, something throws a wrench into things!
If this video leaks it will be a disaster! A premature leak affects the song on the charts, it could affect future promotion.
Everything right now is being timed out so we get the video then promotion. If the video leaks today then there will be NOTHING for two-three weeks bridging the gap to promotion. The song will eventually fall and it will be too late to revive it.
I just cannot. As a stan you should NOT want this video to leak regardless of how bad you want to see it!!!
If anything the song fly up the iTunes charts again earlier and stay there until next year considering how great the video is shaping up to be. So, you make no sense.
But I *really* doubt it would leak 12 days before planned. Maybe 5-2 days earlier, but 12?
